Vacationing in New Mexico's 'Land of Enchantment' ¡Bienvenidos!

Visit this spectacularly beautiful Northern New Mexican landscape with pristinevistas, vermillion cliffs, white sandstone cathedrals, deserts, mesas, snow peaked mountain ranges, fast flowing rivers in stunning O'Keeffe country.

For the sports minded there is hiking to Indian ruins and petroglyphs as well as horseback riding, fishing , skiing, white water rafting, hunting or merely lazying under the New Mexican sun which shines 350 days a year.

Enjoy the hot hot New Mexican cuisine with red or green chili and an iced margarita to cool off. Visit local restaurants filled with rough western charm with a Mexican twist. Explore the wonderful cultural diversity of the towns and villages and shop for fine local art and crafts.

There is undiscovered terrain for the explorer all around Abiquiu and hundreds of thousands of National Forest Lands waiting to be explored. Much of Northern New Mexico is preserved land where hiking and camping and visiting are free and the only sound you will hear is the wind.

Stay for a weekend or a week or a month in the Abiquiu Valley or the mesas surrounding it in lovely vacation homes made available by their owners. On private quiet roads with beautiful views these homes are priced reasonably and comfortably appointed. All you need for your comfort and pleasure.
